It’s always been about empowering women.

It started as a young adult in the late 80’s teaching fitness classes to a mostly female clientele, showing them how strong they can be in their own body… pushing them to push themselves. Building confidence as they built muscle and stamina. Training sessions showcased just how much they were capable of.

As a masseuse working most often with women, it was about offering support with the physical body, but in a different way. Teaching that massage is not a “luxury”, it is a way of moving stress and tension out for well-being, health, and happiness. Feeling safe and heard, clients were able to share on an emotional level.

It was during this time that worsening gut issues created a desire to search for answers, ways to heal myself. That journey led me down a path of remarkable discovery… a place of empowerment unlike anything experienced before.

Learning about emotional energy and the physical body, what can hold there, and how to release it, my body started to heal. The deeper the understanding, the more my body responded. It was this experience, that created the inspiration to share this amazing gift!

The absolute connection between mind and body is fascinating. Adding a spiritual aspect brings another level of support. Intuitively tapping into Divine Wisdom, the messages that come through are specific for empowerment with our own healing and well-being for living our best lives.

There is nothing more profound than sharing a client’s life changing perspective-shift during a session.  It’s powerful!
